Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Rekt Mkts Pro purchases supplied by Rekt Brands Inc. and processed through Whop.

Standard monthly and annual subscriptions

The standard monthly subscription is $88.88 every 30 days and the standard annual subscription is $799.99 every 365 days. Both standard plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through your Whop account before the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a right to a refund for the current paid period.

One-time Crypto annual pass

The one-time Crypto annual pass is a single payment of $799.99 for one year of Pro access. It does not renew automatically, so there is no future subscription charge to cancel. You may stop using Pro at any time, but ending access early does not automatically create a right to a partial refund.

Founding annual membership

The Founding annual pass is a single payment of $799.99 for 12 months of Pro access. It does not renew automatically, so there is no future subscription charge to cancel. You may stop using Pro at any time, but stopping use does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Immediate digital access

Pro access begins immediately after a successful purchase. Refunds are not automatically available merely because you change your mind after digital access has begun, except where required by law or expressly approved by us.

Consumers in the UK, EU or EEA may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right may end once supply begins where you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

When we provide refunds

We will refund duplicate or incorrectly processed payments and payments where a refund is required by applicable law. If we fail to provide the paid Pro access and cannot remedy that failure within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund. We may also approve a refund after reviewing the individual circumstances.

Approved refunds are processed by Whop to the original payment method. Settlement timing depends on Whop, the payment method and the recipient's financial institution.

Founding promotional benefits

The 6.9B $REKT allocation and 50%-off Rekt Energy and Merch voucher are free promotional benefits. No part of the membership fee purchases tokens or the voucher.

The token gift has a 14-day fulfilment hold measured from successful payment. This allows payment, refund, dispute and wallet checks to complete before an irreversible onchain vesting plan is created. The fulfilment hold is not a separate or additional refund right.

A payment that is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible before the vesting plan is created will not receive the token allocation or any unfulfilled promotional benefit. Once an onchain vesting plan has been created, it may not be technically possible to reverse or reassign it. Any later refund or dispute will be handled individually in accordance with applicable law and the payment-provider process.

Other promotional benefits, including allowlist places

Other promotional benefits attached to Pro, including places on the REKT TRADOOOR NFT mint allowlist, are free extras that no part of the membership fee purchases. They are personal and non-transferable, and are subject to the eligibility conditions in the Terms of Service. For the allowlist, eligibility is measured at an announced snapshot: the membership must be active, paid and undisputed at that moment, and the wallet address must have been submitted through Whop before the deadline. No wallet by the deadline means no places.

A membership that is cancelled before the relevant snapshot, or whose qualifying payments are refunded, reversed or disputed before the benefit is fulfilled, does not receive it. Withdrawing, changing or delaying a promotional benefit does not create a right to a refund of the membership fee.

How to request help or a refund

Open the order in your Whop account and use the refund or Resolution Center option, or email hello@rekt.com from the address used for the purchase. Include the Whop order reference and a short explanation. Do not email payment-card details, a seed phrase or a private key.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Contact us or use Whop's Resolution Center before starting a bank dispute so we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. A dispute or chargeback places Pro access and any unfulfilled promotional benefits on hold while the case is investigated.

If a dispute is decided against us, or we reasonably determine that a chargeback was made knowingly and in bad faith, we may permanently close the membership, cancel every unfulfilled promotional benefit attached to it, and refuse future memberships and promotional benefits to the associated person, email address, payment method and wallet address. Knowingly making a false, abusive or bad-faith chargeback is a breach of the Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits a good-faith right to dispute an unauthorised, fraudulent or incorrectly processed payment.
