What this site is

Rekt Mkts publishes information about one individual's real trading account (positions, PNL, trades, commentary) for entertainment and education. It is a spectator product: nothing here is personalised to you, and nothing here creates a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Rekt Brands Inc. or the trader.

No investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or digital asset. The operator trades his own money and is not your adviser, broker, or fiduciary. Markets can and do produce large losses; past performance does not predict future results. Make your own decisions and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

What we publish is our choice

We decide what appears on the site and when. We may delay, aggregate, redact, or withhold any position, trade, figure, or piece of commentary at our sole discretion, including to protect the trader's ability to execute in the market. Nothing in these terms or in any subscription creates an obligation to publish any particular information, completely, promptly, or at all.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use this site or subscribe to Pro.

The site is operated from the United States and is not directed at any jurisdiction where its content or the Pro subscription would be unlawful. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you. We may restrict features, or refuse or terminate access, by jurisdiction where we consider it prudent, without notice; where we terminate a paid membership on this basis, the pro-rata refund described under Termination applies.

You represent that you are not subject to sanctions administered by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or United Nations, and are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive embargo.

Conflicts of interest and market conduct

The trader trades his own account in the instruments discussed on this site and holds assets referenced on it, including $REKT and Rektguy NFTs. He may open, close, hedge, add to, or reverse any position at any time, before or after it is published, without notice and without updating you. Publication is retrospective by design; nothing on the site is a signal, and no publication creates any duty to hold, manage, or exit a position in any particular way. We and our affiliates may also buy or sell $REKT at any time outside the buyback programme.

Pro membership

Pro is a paid membership sold by Whop Inc. as merchant of record. The standard monthly subscription is $88.88 every 30 days and the standard annual subscription is $799.99 every 365 days. Both standard plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through your Whop account and access runs to the end of the paid period. The one-time Crypto annual pass is a single payment of $799.99 covering one year of access and does not renew. The sold-out Founding annual pass remains separate: it was a single payment of $799.99 covering 12 months of access and does not renew. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a 14-day right to cancel; by requesting immediate access to Pro content you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to a refund for the digital content already supplied, except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home country.

Member access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share access credentials. You are responsible for activity under your access; keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. We may suspend access to protect the service or you.

The cancellation, refund and payment-dispute rules below form part of your Pro membership terms.

Cancellations, refunds and payment disputes

The standard monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through your Whop account before the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. The one-time Crypto annual pass and the Founding annual pass are one-time payments and do not renew, so there is no future subscription charge to cancel. You may ask to end access or request a refund through your Whop order, Whop's Resolution Center, or by emailing hello@rekt.com from the address used for the purchase. Refunds are not automatically available merely because you stop using Pro or change your mind after digital access has begun, except where required by law or expressly approved by us.

We will refund duplicate or incorrectly processed payments and payments where a refund is required by applicable law. If we fail to provide the paid Pro access and cannot remedy that failure within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund. Any approved refund is processed by Whop to the original payment method, subject to Whop's processing times and payment-method rules.

Consumers in the UK, EU or EEA may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right may end once supply begins where you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Contact us or use Whop's Resolution Center before starting a bank dispute so we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. A payment dispute or chargeback places Pro access and any unfulfilled promotional benefits on hold while it is investigated. If a dispute is decided against us, or we reasonably determine that a chargeback was made knowingly and in bad faith, we may permanently close the membership, cancel every unfulfilled promotional benefit attached to it, and refuse future memberships and promotional benefits to the person, email address, payment method and wallet address associated with it. Knowingly making a false, abusive or bad-faith chargeback is a breach of these terms. Nothing here limits a good-faith right to dispute an unauthorised, fraudulent or incorrectly processed payment.

Promotional benefits generally

From time to time we attach promotional benefits to Pro, such as token gifts, vouchers, early access or allowlist places. Every promotional benefit is a free extra: your payment is solely for Pro access, and no part of it buys the benefit. Benefits are personal and non-transferable, have no cash value, are limited to one per eligible membership and per person, and are subject to the eligibility checks described for each benefit. A membership that is refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, fraudulent or abusive before a benefit is fulfilled is not eligible for it. We may change, replace, delay or withdraw any promotional benefit with notice, and doing so is not a failure to provide Pro and does not create a right to a refund. Nothing about a promotional benefit is investment advice or a promise of value.

REKT TRADOOOR allowlist places

Eligible Pro members may receive a place on the allowlist for the REKT TRADOOOR NFT mint. An allowlist place is a promotional benefit under the paragraph above. It gives priority access to buy during an allowlist stage of the mint; it is not a free NFT, is not a right to mint, and is not a promise that a mint will take place on any date, at any price, or at all. The mint, the NFTs and the game they belong to are governed by their own terms published at tradooor.rekt.com, not by these terms.

Eligibility is measured once, at a snapshot at the date and time we announce to members (for the August 2026 mint: 12PM ET on Thursday 20 August 2026). To qualify, at the snapshot your Pro membership must be active and in good standing, and its payments must have settled and be neither refunded, reversed nor the subject of an open or lost payment dispute. Memberships started after the snapshot, and lapsed memberships, do not qualify. We may pause new memberships once the Pro allocation is spoken for, and we may move the snapshot with notice to members before it is taken.

You must submit your wallet address by the snapshot deadline.Allowlist places are assigned to one wallet address that you supply through Whop before the snapshot. A membership with no wallet submitted by the deadline receives no places, however long it has been active, and a wallet submitted after the deadline is not added. The number of places per membership is the allowance we publish for that plan (for the August 2026 mint: 10 mints per annual membership, 1 mint per monthly membership), limited to one membership per person; where a wallet qualifies through more than one allowlist route, the allowances stack per wallet on the mint platform. The wallet requirements, warranties and address responsibilities set out for the Founding 250 gift below apply to the allowlist address in the same way. Once the allowlist has been submitted to the mint platform it may not be technically possible to change or remove an address.

A membership that is cancelled before the snapshot, or whose payments are refunded, reversed or disputed at any time before the allowlist is finalised, forfeits the place. If a payment is disputed after the allowlist is finalised, the dispute is handled under the payment dispute rules above, including permanent closure of the membership where the dispute is decided against us or was made in bad faith.

Founding 250 promotional gifts

The first 250 eligible purchasers of the Founding annual pass receive a promotional gift of 6,900,000,000 $REKT from Golden Pothos Foundation, a Cayman foundation company trading as the Rekt Token Foundation. Your $799.99 payment is solely for 12 months of Pro access. No part of that payment buys $REKT, and the gift is not an exchange of money for crypto. The gift is separate from Rekt Brands Inc. and Whop Inc., and neither is the token provider.

The token amount is fixed, not its market value. The gift is subject to a 14-day fulfilment hold measured from successful payment. This hold allows payment, refund, dispute and wallet checks to complete before an irreversible onchain vesting plan is created; it does not create a separate or additional refund right. After the hold, the gift vests in 12 monthly instalments, with the first instalment becoming claimable one month after vesting begins. Claiming may require a compatible wallet and payment of network fees. Blockchain congestion, smart-contract failure, wallet loss, sanctions screening, legal restrictions or events outside our control may delay or prevent a claim. One allocation is available per completed eligible Founding purchase. A purchase that is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or abusive before the vesting plan is created is not eligible. Once an onchain plan has been created, it may not be technically possible to reverse or reassign it; any later refund or dispute will be handled individually in accordance with applicable law and the payment-provider process.

You must provide a valid, compatible EVM wallet address at checkout that you control. Use a self-custody wallet for which you control the private keys. Do not provide an exchange deposit address, a custodial address, a smart-contract address that cannot receive or claim the gift, or any address belonging to another person. We and the Rekt Token Foundation may rely on the address you submit and have no duty to check that it is correct, compatible or controlled by you.

By submitting the address, you represent and warrant that it is a compatible self-custody wallet under your control, and you authorise the Rekt Token Foundation to use it as your binding delivery instruction for the gift and its vesting plan.

Check the address carefully before completing checkout. If it is wrong, contact hello@rekt.com immediately. We may correct an address before a vesting plan is created, but we cannot guarantee that a correction will be possible. Blockchain transactions and vesting plans may be irreversible. Once the gift or a vesting plan has been assigned to the address you supplied, that assignment satisfies the obligation to deliver the gift. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Rekt Brands Inc. nor the Rekt Token Foundation is responsible for loss, delay, inability to claim or third-party action caused by an incorrect, incompatible, custodial or exchange address, loss of private keys, compromise of your wallet, or your failure to control the submitted address. We are not required to reverse, replace, recover or reissue tokens in those circumstances. This does not exclude responsibility if we assign the gift to an address other than the exact address you submitted or a correction we accepted, and it does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Vesting and claims may be administered through Hedgey or another onchain vesting provider. Your use of that provider and wallet software is subject to their terms and technical requirements. Smart contracts, networks, wallets and third-party services may contain faults, be attacked, become unavailable or change their functionality. We may use a replacement provider or reasonable alternative delivery method where needed. You are responsible for monitoring the submitted wallet and the email linked to your Whop membership, following claim instructions and paying any network fees. Failure to provide a usable address or complete a required claim step after reasonable notice may delay the gift or result in cancellation of any unvested or unclaimed portion where the law permits.

$REKT is a memecoin with no inherent or guaranteed value, no yield, no rights to income, profits or assets, and limited or no utility. It may be illiquid or worth zero. Any displayed dollar value is a non-binding estimate that may not be realisable after market depth, slippage, fees or taxes. Do not buy Pro in reliance on the gift recovering any part of the membership price. Nothing about the gift is investment advice, a recommendation, or a promise of value, liquidity or future performance. You are responsible for any tax reporting or liability arising from receipt, vesting, claiming, holding or disposal of the gift.

A Founding purchase also includes one promotional voucher for 50% off an eligible Rekt Energy or Rekt merchandise order. The voucher is single use, personal, non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged. It is issued immediately after successful purchase and sent to the email address linked to your Whop membership. Product availability, shipping restrictions and any expiry date or exclusions shown when the voucher is issued apply. The voucher is a separate promotion and does not reduce or refund the Pro membership price.

Legacy holder promotions

Holder promotions are closed to new claims. We may cancel any issued but unredeemed code. A holder membership that was already redeemed remains subject to the conditions shown when it was issued, including any continuing eligibility checks, until that membership ends. No new Pro discount or complimentary-access entitlement is available for holding $REKT or a Rektguy NFT.

$REKT buyback programme

Rekt Brands commits 100% of the net subscription proceeds it receives (after Whop's platform and payment fees and applicable taxes) to periodic open-market purchases of $REKT. Purchases are batched and may be delayed. This programme is not a promise of token value and may be amended or ended with notice. Nothing here is an offer or recommendation to buy $REKT.

$REKT acquired under the programme belongs to Rekt Brands outright. It is not subject to any holding period, lock-up, or burn commitment, and we may hold, transfer, or sell it at our discretion, including to fund operational expenses. The programme commits the proceeds to purchases; it makes no commitment about what happens to the tokens afterwards.

Data accuracy and estimates

Figures are produced from broker statements and live market data and are provided "as is". Some figures are estimates by construction: outside exchange hours, stock marks are proxied from Hyperliquid prices, and option values are Black-Scholes estimates at implied volatility derived from the latest statement marks (labelled "est."). Live P&L is estimated, data feeds can fail or lag, and figures may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and may be corrected as statements finalise. Do not rely on them for any purpose.

Figures are not audited or independently verified and do not follow any performance-presentation standard. Parts of the service, including the desk terminal, digests, and the daily brief, are produced with AI assistance and may contain errors or omissions.

Availability, outages and maintenance

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, any minimum level of availability, or any service level. The site, live figures, alerts, and any feature may be interrupted, delayed, frozen, or taken offline at any time, whether for planned or emergency maintenance, upgrades, data-quality investigation, security response, or reasons outside our control, without notice and for any duration. During or after any interruption, figures may be stale without being marked as such, updates (including trade alerts and published sessions) may be missed and are not replayed, and data may be corrected, restated, or backfilled once service resumes. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time. We accept no liability for any loss arising from unavailability, delay, stale or missing data, or from any decision made in reliance on the site during or after an interruption; your sole remedy for sustained unavailability of Pro is cancellation under the Pro membership terms above.

Third parties

The service depends on third parties we do not control, including Whop (billing and membership), Discord (member alerts and chat), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and third-party market-data providers; their outages, errors, or withdrawal of service will affect the service. References to Rekt beverage products are marketing for separate goods sold at rekt.com under their own terms. Links to third-party sites and services are provided for convenience only and are not endorsements; their content and terms are their own.

Your content and community spaces

Community spaces, including Discord channels and the desk terminal, are moderated at our discretion. We may remove content, restrict features, or remove members who break these terms or community rules, without notice and, where the conduct amounts to a breach, without refund. Do not post anything unlawful, confidential, or that you do not have the right to share.

You keep ownership of what you post, and grant Rekt Brands Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, and display it in operating and promoting the service, including in member digests, on live streams and recordings, and in marketing. Messages you send in live spaces may appear on public broadcasts. Feedback and suggestions may be used freely without obligation or compensation.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit the site's data or content; do not probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service; do not attempt to access non-public areas or other users' data.

Intellectual property and member content licence

The site, its content, branding (including REKT and Rekt Mkts marks), and design are owned by Rekt Brands Inc. or its licensors. Member content, including Terminal transcripts and digests, is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only; do not redistribute, republish, or resell it. Brief quotations with attribution are fine.

Termination and discontinuation

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or where required by law; in that case no refund is due. You may stop using the site at any time and cancel any subscription through Whop as described above.

We may also discontinue the service, or any part, tier, or feature of it, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If we permanently discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription pro rata to the original payment method, and that refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for discontinuation. Sections of these terms which by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability, and indemnity) survive termination.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and Rekt Brands Inc. is not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from use of, or reliance on, the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for access in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify Rekt Brands Inc. and the trader against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your redistribution or commercial exploitation of site data or content, or your unlawful use of the service. This does not apply to the extent the law of your country of residence prohibits it.

General

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of the third parties listed above, market-data failures, internet or power failure, and regulatory or legal action. We may assign or transfer these terms to an affiliate or a successor to the business; you may not assign them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Rekt Brands Inc. regarding the site, and no third party has rights under them. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your own trading, token holdings, or use of the service. If a dispute arises, contact us first and allow 30 days for informal resolution; subject to any mandatory consumer rights, claims must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to them. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your home country, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may give notices by email to the address linked to your membership or by posting on the site.

Changes and contact
